Previous Behavior:   The 

 bulk stat was not pegging and also was not 

included in the output generated by the 

command. 

New Behavior:  The 

 bulk stat is now pegging properly and is included in 

the output generated by the 

command. This bulk stats maps to 

"MME_STATS_ENUM_MSG_ATTACH_REJECT_CAUSE_25”.
