Performance Indicator Changes – new, modified, and deprecated bulk statistics, disconnect reasons, counters and/or

Applicable Products: LTE 

If prioritized APN/ARP handling is enabled and if the APN/ARP received in CSReq matches any of the configured 
prioritized APN/ARP values, any valid CSReq will not be rejected because of congestion control. 

In summary, prioritized calls will not be rejected due to congestion.

A show command and LAG bulkstat schema have been added in this release to provide Link Aggregation Group (LAG) 
statistics.
