For the LBO prepaid support, the SaMOG Gateway generates S-GW CDRs. Any packet drops on the interface 

P-GW service due to online credit control will still be counted in SGW-CDRs. However, operators can 
consider enabling P-GW CDRs in the internal P-GW as required.
