Attempts 

The total number of attempts to handoff subscriber sessions to another PDSN within this 
system. 

Success 

The total number of successful handoffs of subscriber sessions to another PDSN within this 
system. 

Failures 

The total number of failures when attempting to handoff subscriber sessions to another 
PDSN within this system. 

Inter-PDSN Handoff Sessions 

Attempts 

The total number of attempts were made by outside PDSNs to transfer a call to this PDSN.
