command is added to the Exec Mode to enable or disable the subscriber session trace
functionality based on a the random trace on the network element. If enabled, the subscriber selection will be based on
random logic on all instances of sessions on a specified UMTS/EPS network element. This command also clears/resets
the statistics collected for subscriber session trace on a system.
