  New Features and Enhancements
Support to Java 7 update 79.
Support to access Prime Network client using web-based URL in Citrix environment with user login 
credentials.
High Availability
The following new enhancement is described in the Cisco Prime Network 4.2.2 User Guide:
The RP card switchover syslog is supported in the Carrier Routing System (CRS) devices. When one 
RP card is removed from the CRS device, the other card automatically change to the Active state. 
When the RP card is reinserted, the other RP card still remains in the Active state.
Administration
The following new features and enhancements are described in the Cisco Prime Network 4.2.2 
Administrator Guide.
Ability to configure registry controller to generate AVMs and assign VNEs to AVMs automatically.
Ability to assign VNEs automatically using network domain or through bulk import method.
Change and Configuration Management
The following new CCM features and enhancements are described in the Cisco Prime Network 4.2.2 
User Guide.
Support on CPT 9.5.3.5 using secure protocol (SFTP).
Device grouping in CCM enables you to add various devices into a group in order to use any of the 
CCM modules such as Command Manager, Compliance Audit, and Transaction Manager.
Support for Cisco Network Device Support (NCS) 6000 devices.
Ability to increase the storage space if the available storage space is lower than the selected software 
image size, while performing an upgrade analysis using the clear flash option on ASR 901, ASR 
903, ASR 9000, Nexus, and ASR 5000 devices.
Support to execute up to 15,000 concurrent operations such as Image Distribution, Image 
Activation, Command Builder, Configuration Management, and Compliance Manager operations in 
6 hours.
Fault Management
The following new fault management features and enhancements are described in the Cisco Prime 
Network 4.2.2 User Guide.
The information (severity) ticket is generated when VNE starts and the same ticket is updated 
whenever the VNE investigation state changes in the lifecycle of VNE.
Support to generate Link Down alarms whenever the ICL links and bundle Ether links go down in 
the Cisco ASR 9000v satellite devices.
