Enter the following data on the Edit User Page.
Username
The username for the account
Password
The password for the account (not echoed). To
change the password, see Change Passwords,
earlier in this chapter
Administrator
A check box indicating whether this account
can create and manage the TSBroadcaster user
accounts. You cannot change this parameter
once you have created a user account
Access to stream
A check box for each stream indicating
whether this account can schedule
applications on the specified transport stream
Privilege
ManageSystem
A check box indicating whether this account
can configure and manage the TSBroadcaster
system
Privilege
OperateSystem
A check box indicating whether this account
can monitor the system logs and records
Privilege
ManageStreams
A check box indicating whether this account
can define and edit stream definitions. If this
privilege is set on an account, it implicitly has
access to all streams

ManageApplications
A check box indicating whether this account
can create, edit, and update data in broadcast
applications

can schedule applications for broadcast
