If you have multiple service logo images on the DNCS, Enhanced SARA uses the 

following procedure to choose the correct image. 
First, SARA checks the SAM information to find the logo ID number for the channel. 
For predefined or custom logos: 

 

If the logo ID is 1 through 255, SARA will use either the logo in the set-top or 

servicelogo.default.hi.res. 

 

If the logo ID is 256 or higher, SARA will use either servicelogo.res or 

servicelogo.hi.res. 

For high-resolution or low-resolution logos: 

 

If the current screen is high resolution, SARA tries to use a high-resolution 

service logo. These are contained in the files servicelogo.hi.res and 

servicelogo.default.hi.res. 

 

If no high resolution logo was found or the current screen is low resolution, 

SARA will use a low-resolution logo. These are contained in the image in the set-

top and in the file servicelogo.default.hi.res. 

 

If no matching custom logo is found, SARA will not display any logo.
