Does the Doctor Report show that the DNCS NTP synchronization source is  

*GENERIC and the App Server NTP synchronization source is *dncsatm?

If yes, go to Chapter 6, Pay-Per-View Events to verify your PPV events.

If no, call Cisco Services. See Chapter 7, Customer Information, to locate an 

assistance center in your area.
