Verifying the endpoint registration
After having provisioned the endpoint to CUCM you should
verify that the registration was successful. You can do this
by making a call or by checking the system information.
Making a call
Make a call from the TelePresence endpoint to see if the
registration was successful.
Use the interface of your choice:
• The web interface
• The Touch controller or remote control
• The command line
• The Touch controller or remote control
• The command line
Checking the system information
When checking the system information, the
SIP Status
should show Registered and the
SIP Proxy should display the
address of the CUCM.
Using the web interface
Navigate to Home > System Information and see the SIP

Tap (Settings) > System Information on the Touch and see
