Step 6
Select (check) the CTI Toolkit Desktop Client component that you want to install: Agent Desktop
or IPCC Supervisor Desktop.
Step 7
Click Next to open the CTI OS Server Information screen.
Step 8
Enter the Name or IP Address and the Port Number for your CTI OS systems.
Step 9
Click Next open the Start Copying Files screen.
Step 10
Click Next to begin the installation.
When installation is complete, you are prompted to install the Security feature.
Step 11
Click OK to configure CTI OS security.
Step 12
At the Setup Complete screen, specify whether or not you want to restart your computer. Then
click Finish to exit Setup.
