Answering Call-Waiting Calls
When you receive a call while on a call:
• 
Touch and drag the 
 Answer icon to answer 
the incoming call. The original call is placed on hold, 
and remains on hold until you end the second call, 
or swap calls back to the original call.
• 
Touch Swap to place a call on hold and return to the 
original call.
Muting an Incoming Call Ringtone
When an incoming call’s ringtone plays, you can 
quickly mute the ringtone by pressing the Volume 
Key
.
Options During a Call
During a call, you can use these options:
• 
Add call: Display the keypad to dial another number 
to merge with this call. Or to place this call on hold 
while calling another number.
• 
Keypad: Display a keypad to enter numbers.
• 
End call: End the phone call.
• 
Speaker: Enable or disable Speakerphone.
• 
Mute: Control whether your side of the call is heard.
• 
Headset: Switch the call’s audio to an optional 
Bluetooth headset (not included). The phone and 
headset must already be paired.
• 
Touch 
 Menu for:
Contacts: Launch Contacts.
Message: Launch Messaging.
Ending a Call
• 
Touch 
 to end an active call
.
Options After a Call Ends
After a call, you can use these options:
• 
Create contact: Allows you to create a new contact 
using the last number called for the contact record.
• 
Update existing: Allows you to update an existing 
contact record with this new phone number.
• 
Call: Displays the dial pad after the call ends.
• 
Message: Create a new message, addressed to the 
phone number.
Logs
When you place, answer, or miss a call, a record 
of the call is saved in Logs.
Making Calls using Logs
1. From the Home screen, touch 
 Phone 
➔ 
 Logs.
2. Swipe your finger from left to right across 
the call to redial.

Touch a call, then touch 
 to dial the 
number.
