Power Saving 

Conserve battery power by 

automatically adjusting the 

screen brightness, limiting the 

performance of the CPU, and 

other power reduction activities. 

Ultra power saving mode saves 

even more battery power by 

using a gray scale theme on the 

Home screen and limiting the 

number of usable apps. 

1.  From a Home screen, tap 

Apps > 

Settings. 

2.  Tap Power saving for options: 

• 

Power saving mode: Tap ON/OFF to turn the 
feature on. Tap to configure these options:

Select when turned on: Choose Always or 
Auto enable.

Restrict background data: Save battery 
power by blocking background data. 
Turning this option on may affect the 
performance of some applications.

Restrict performance: Save battery power 
by reducing CPU performance, decreasing 
the screen brightness, turning off the touch 
key light, and turning off GPS.

Ultra power saving mode: Tap ON/OFF to 
turn the feature on.

Tap  More options > Ultra power saving 
mode for options. 

3.  To disable Ultra power saving mode, tap 

More options > Turn off Ultra power saving 

mode.
