Handwriting settings

1. Touch and hold 

, then select 

. The Samsung 

keyboard settings screen appears.

2. Touch Handwriting to access the following Handwriting 

settings: 

• Recognition type: Choose stroke recognition (default) or 

Complete recognition. 

• Recognition time: Choose 100 ms, 300 ms, 500 ms (default), 

1000 ms, or 2000 ms. 

• Pen  thickness: Choose the on-screen trace thickness (1 pixel, 

3 pixels, 5 pixels, 7 pixels, or 9 pixels. 

• Pen  color: Choose Black, Red, Blue (default), Green, or Brown. 

• Gesture  guide: View tips on entering and editing text using 

handwriting. 

• Tutorial: Instructions on using handwriting. 

• About: Lists Build number, DHWR version, and DioWord+ 

version.
