Phone Lock Setting
Choose whether your phone powers up unlocked or locked.
From the SECURITY menu, select Phone Lock Setting.
Select Unlocked or On Power Up.
Auto Device Lock
Choose whether your phone delays locking itself

Restrictions
The Restrictions option lets you set restricitons on Calls, SMS
Messages (text), MMS Messages (Multimedia) and Data.
