3. To scroll through the menus, press the 

Up or Down select key. Press Select or 

 to make your selection.

4. To return to the previous menu level,

5. To exit the menu without changing the

Numbered menu items, such as menus, 
submenus, and options can be quickly 
accessed by using their shortcut numbers. In 
Menu mode, to access Main Menus press the 
number keys (1 to 0, *, and #) corresponding 
to their location on the screen.

For example, to access the Language menu:

1. Press Menu.

2. Press  

for 

Settings.

3. Press  

for Phone.

4. Press  

for 

Language. The available 

languages are displayed.

Main Menu

Most of the functions of your phone can be 
accessed through the Main Menu.

To access the Main Menu:

  From the Home screen, press Menu.

The Main Menu displays.

There are nine items on the Main Menu. If you 
are using a List Menu style, the nine items are 
listed. If you are using a Grid Menu style, nine 
icons are displayed. For more information, 
refer to “Menu Style”  on page 91.

The name of the selected item is shown 
above the icons in Grid Menu style, for 
example, Web.
