To call or send Aio Customer Care a message 
from your Aio mobile phone:

1. From the Home screen, press Menu ➔ 

Address Book ➔ Aio Customer Care.

2. Highlight Aio Customer Care and press 

Options.

3. Select Call to call Aio Customer Care or 

select Send Message to send a 

message.
