Navigating the WAP Browser

To scroll through browser items:

  Press the Up or Down select key.

To select a browser item:

  Press 

 or press Options ➔ Open.

To return to the previous web page:

  Press  

or 

Back.

– or –

Press Options ➔ Navigate ➔ 

To access the browser options list:

  Press Options.

To refresh the current web page:

  Press the Options ➔ Navigate ➔ 

Reload.

To return to the start-up home page:

  Press the Options ➔ Navigate ➔ 

Homepage.

To enter text in a text field:

1. Use the select keys to highlight a text 

entry field.

2. Press 

 to select the field.

The text input mode indicator appears 

in the upper right corner of the screen.

3. Press Options ➔ Text Mode and select 

T9 Predictive Text, Multitap, Numeric, or 

Symbols.

Use 

 to change the text input mode. 

4. Use the keypad to enter text, numbers, 

or symbols.

5. Press Back to back out of text entry 

mode.

Various menus are available when you are 
using the WAP Browser to navigate the 
Wireless Web.

To access a Browser option:

1. Press Options. 

A menu list displays.
