6. Press Stop to stop the recording. Once 

the audio recording has stopped, the 

message is automatically saved.

7. Once recording is stopped and the 

audio file has been saved, press 

 to 

play the audio file or press Options for 

the following:

• Send  via: Send the audio file as an 

attachment to a multimedia message or 

send it to a Bluetooth device.

• Set  as: Set the current memo as a Call 

Ringtone, Caller Ringtone, Alarm Tone, or 

Message Tone.

• Delete: Delete the current audio file.

• Properties: Displays the Name, Format, 

Size, Forwarding (Possible or Impossible), 

Date (and time) created, and Location of the 

audio file.

Others

Use the Others menu to view and manage 
other types of files stored on your phone or 
memory card.

1. In Idle mode, press Menu ➔ My Files 

➔ Others.

2. Press Options to view the file, create a 

folder, set the sort option (by date, type, 

name, or size), or to display the file’s 

properties.

Used Space

The Used Space menu option allows you to 
view the available memory and the memory 
used for pictures, games, videos, sounds, and 
other files.

To access the Used Space option and delete 
files:

1. From the Home screen, press the Menu 

➔ My Files ➔ Used Space.

2. Use the Up or Down select key to select 

Pictures, Games&Apps, Videos, Sounds, 

or Others.

3. Select items or All and then press 

Delete to delete files.

4. Press Back to return to the My Files 

menu.
