Ease of Access 

This setting controls text size and other visibility options,
speech controls, and TTY/TDD mode.  

1.   From the system screen, touch ease of access. 

2.   Touch and drag the Text size slider left or right to 

change the text size in phone, People, email, 

messaging, and lock screen. 

3.   Touch and drag the High contrast slider to the right to 

turn the option On. 

4.   Touch and drag the Narrator slider to the right to turn 

the option On. Touch the Voice field to select female or 

male. 

5.   Touch and drag the Narrator quick launch slider to the 

right to turn the option On. 

6.   Touch Learn more about Narrator to display additional 

information. 

7.   Touch and drag the Screen magnifier slider to the right 

to turn the option On. 

8.   Touch and drag the Allow zooming on all web content 

slider to the right to turn the option On. 

9.   Touch and drag the Speech for phone accessibility 

slider to the right to turn the option On. 

10.  Touch the TTY/TDD field and select an option. 

11.  Touch and drag the Telecoil slider to the right to enable 

the option. 

12.  To customize the appearance of captions for videos in 

Internet Explorer and apps that use the browser to 

display content, touch browser captions. 

Touch and drag the Custom fonts and colors slider to 

the right to turn the option On. 

Touch each field to configure browser captions.
