 If  the  SIP  registration  failed  because  of  a  configuration  error,  it  is 

retried  after  20  minutes  instead  of  3  minutes  (If  the  reason  is  a 
network problem, it is still retried after 3 minutes)

 SIP/SDP:  The  phone  always  uses  the  remotely  offered  ptime,  it  falls 

back to 30 ms if that one is not supported. It offers 30 ms in outgoing 
SDP.
