Continue (continue numbering from previous component in book)
Restart (restart numbering; typically to restart per flow, 

according to BFNoteRestart setting)

PerPage (restart footnote numbering for each page; 

overrides BFNoteRestart setting)

ReadFromFile (use numbering set for the component’s document)
