Configures Wired Equivalent Privacy (WEP) secure access.

The WEP key.
In case of 64 bit encryption, the 40-bits WEPkey must consist of 10
hexadecimal digits.
In case of 128 bit encryption, the 104-bits WEPkey must consist of
26 hexadecimal digits.
In case of 64 bit encryption, the 40-bits WEPkey must consist of 10
hexadecimal digits.
In case of 128 bit encryption, the 104-bits WEPkey must consist of
26 hexadecimal digits.
