The following TV controls are available when you use 
EAZYLOOK. 

All modes

Loads EAZYLAUNCH with the Exit option 
selected.

Toggle closed captions over video.

Cycle through input connectors.

•

You cannot change the input connector 
while recording.

North America - 
unlocked 
program

Enable / disable Parental Control (see 

).

•

If a valid password is entered, Parental 
Control is disabled, allowing all programs 
to be watched.

•

Parental Control is available only in North 
America.

•

You can configure Parental Control only 
from the desktop.

Non-delayed 
TV-ON-
DEMAND mode

Select audio mode.  Depending upon the 
standard, you can select PAL / SECAM: 
Stereo, Both, Language B, Mono.

•

Not all television stations broadcast stereo 
or SAP.

•

You cannot change the audio mode of 
delayed video.

Not recording

Cycle through recording presets.

•

You cannot change the recording preset 
while recording.

Channel 
Surfing in 
EAZYLOOK 
mode.

Toggle Channel Surf in EAZYLOOK mode.
