Fire Barrier Ultra RC Pack is a one piece metal collar assembly encasing 3M’s heat expanding
3M
™
Interam
™
Ultra GS (intumescent) material. Manufactured with 3M’s firestop technology, it has been
contractor designed and UL Classified. The 3M Ultra RC Pack is used for new and retrofit installations and will
accommodate 2 inch (50 mm), 3 inch (76 mm) and 4 inch (102 mm) schedule 40 drain, waste and vent pipe
systems. This new firestop system achieved up to 2 hour fire ratings when tested by Underwriter’s Laboratories, Inc.
in accordance with ASTM E 814 (UL1479).
