Reason :  

 

Measure to prevent the feeder bearing from breaking during assembling. 

 
Outline :  

 

 

1.  The weld line is created on the feeder bearing upon welding due to the 

position of the sprue.  

      This weld line makes the feeder bearing brittle, resulting in the breakage  
      during assembling. 
      To improve the strength, the shape of the feeder bearing is changed. 
2.  The breakage still occurred during the drop test after the aforementioned 

measure was taken. 

      Therefore, the material of the feeder bearing is also changed from LA541 to  
      Delrin500P. 
3.  While the revision number of the service part number is not advanced, all the 

service parts to be stocked are the new parts to which these changes have been 
made. 

4.  It is difficult to make the distinction between the old and new parts because the 

difference in shape is between 0.1mm and 0.2mm and there is little difference in
