Countermeasure to improve unstable operations in the Auto Set-up 

function.

 

 

 

 The following points have to be improved:  

1) The measurement accuracy of the distance between the Subwoofer and the 
listening position.  
2) The accuracy upon identifying the type of large or small speaker.  
3) The accuracy of the low frequency compensation curve of the Room 
Equalizer.  
4) The judgment accuracy upon confirming the speaker's polarity.  
5) The accuracy to measure the distance of all the speakers. 

 
Solution: 

Improved the firmware so the Set-up function operates properly. 

MODIFICATION: (Only upon claim) Install the Writer Software to the PC and 
update your customer's unit upon claim, by means of the Writer Software. (For 
the update procedure, please download and refer to the update procedure 
guide.) 
 
• The exclusive Writer Software to be installed to the PC.  
AVR-5805:  FWCV_AVR5805_V0003_SETUP.exe 
 
• An exclusive Writer Software: (The Short Cut of the following Exclusive Writer 
Software is created on the Desk-top of the PC, after the installation.)  
The exclusive Writer Software for the AVR-5805 is installed by means of the 
FWCV_AVR5805_V0003.exe installation Software.
