— Accessing external services (External Feature Access)

You can access special features (e.g. Call Waiting) offered by a host PBX or telephone company. This 
feature is only effective with an outside call.

•

In this case, FLASH button on a proprietary telephone is in the External Feature Access 
(EFA) mode.

•

Create or re-arrange an External Feature Access (EFA) button.

Enter desired 
service code.

Enter desired 
service code.

Press
hookswitch.

Press FLASH or EFA.
Or press TRANSFER and 
then enter     60.
