Seat #’s can be inserted before items are sent if they are

omitted during item entry.

q Add seat # lines to the end of the check then use the

MOVE function to insert them into proper position on the

check.

1. Start check. Enter items.
2. Using the number pad, index the number for the first

seat #.

3. Press {SEAT~#}. A line is added to the check for the seat

#.

Repeat steps #2 and #3 until a line is added to the

check for each seat #.

4. Display editing screen:

Touch anywhere within the

menu item box.

Touch {SEPARATE~CHECK}.

The Menu Item Edit screen

displays.

The Separate Check Screen

displays.

5. Touch the first seat # line. It becomes highlighted.
6. Touch {MOVE}.
7. Touch the menu item the seat # should go before on

the check.

8. Continue until all seat #’s are inserted before the cor-

rect items.

9. Press {DONE} to return to order entry.
