1. Recall the check.
2. Press {PAYMENT}.
3. Press room charge type method of payment key.
4. Index room number and press {ENTER}.
5. Index amount of tip, no decimal, and {ENTER}.
6. The HFD may prompt for additional information.
7. Guest Check Printer prints check or payment validation.

The check is paid out.
Room charge information is sent to the Hotel Front

Desk.

1. Recall the check.
2. Verify that the room #/member # displayed is correct.

If not, use {ROOM~INQUIRY} to change.

3. Press {PAYMENT}.
4. Press room charge type method of payment key.
5. If the check does not have a room #/member # as-

signed, index the room to the charged.

6. Press {ENTER}.
7. Index amount of tip, no decimal, and {ENTER}.
8. The HFD may prompt for additional information.
9. Guest Check Printer prints check or payment validation.

Check is paid out.
Room charge information is sent to the Hotel Front
