{PAID~OUT}

Enter cash amounts that are removed from a cash

drawer outside of a sale.

{PHONE~LINE~1-8}

Similar to {PHONE~NUMBER} key but used with Caller

ID feature. One {PHONE~LINE} key is used for each

phone line being serviced by the Caller ID unit.

When pressed, the current phone number being

registered by the Caller ID unit for that phone line

displays in the Phone Number dialog box. Press

{ENTER} to display the customer information.
NOTE: Caller ID is an optional feature and re-

quires an optional Caller ID interface unit.

{PHONE~NUMBER}

Similar to {DELIVERY}, the Delivery Screen displays

so a phone number can be attached to the check,

but the check is not started until {START~ORDER} is

pressed from the Delivery Screen.
- Customer’s order history is not displayed.
- Can be used to recall an open delivery order, or

start a new check with the same phone number

with a different secondary prompt.
- Can also use to enter customer information

without starting a check.

{PHONE~TRANSFER}

Transfers responsibility of open Delivery orders to

others (i.e. Drivers). Can also be used to print de-

livery instructions for one or several open Delivery

checks.

{ROOM~INQUIRY}

Used with Hotel Front Desk interface to send an

inquiry to the third party HFD software.

{SERVER~REPORT}

View or print a server’s detailed sales data.

{SERVER~TRANSFER}

- Transfers open checks to another server for shift

changes or customer relocation.

- Merges two checks into one.

- Corrects guest count entries on Revenue Center

and Server reports.

{START~CHECK~A}

and

{START~CHECK~B}

- In Check Tracking Mode, opens all new checks,

automatically assigning a check # .
- In Table Tracking Mode, opens all new checks on

Cashier/Bar terminals and is an option on Restau-

rant Mode terminals.
- A or B refer to the cash drawer assignment of

the Server and works with the corresponding

{NO~TAB} key, remembering the last secret code

entered.

{TAKE~OUT}

Starts a new check which is noted on the guest re-

ceipt and remote slip with *TAKE OUT*. Effective

for one order only.
