Getting Started
Installing / Removing the SD Memory Card /
MultiMediaCard
The image or recorded audio is recorded on the SD Memory Card /
MultiMediaCard. Be sure the camera is turned off before inserting or
removing the SD Memory Card / MultiMediaCard.
Turn off the camera before setting or removing the card.
Wipe away water or dirt from the camera with a dry cloth before setting
or removing the card.
Do not set or remove the card with wet or dirty hands.

Slide the battery/card cover to the direction of the arrow
, and flip open.

With the label (or 2 symbol) of the SD Memory Card /
MultiMediaCard toward the lens, insert the card into the
card slot until the card clicks. If the card is not inserted
properly, images and sound may not be recorded
correctly.

Wipe away any sand or debris on the water-resistant
packing and the areas between the camera and the
