Call Divert
This function allows you to divert incoming calls to another
phone number. Press the [Menu] Soft key then select
6.Settings then select 3.Call Settings then select 1.Call
Divert.
Choose All Calls, When Busy, On No Answer, When not
Found, or Cancel All.
Answer Type
This function allows you to specify how calls are to be
answered on your phone.
Press the [Menu] Soft key then select 6.Settings then
select 3.Call Settings then select 2.Answer Type.
Press the [Left] or [Right] scroll key to specify which of
the following methods is to used to answer calls. 
SEND key: Incoming calls are answered by pressing the
[
D
] key.
Any Key: Incoming calls are answered by pressing any
key except the [
P
] key and [Reject] Soft key.
Flip Open: Incoming calls are answered by opening your
phone’s flip.
Auto Receive: Your phone automatically answers calls
after 10 seconds. This feature is available only when a
headset is connected to your phone’s headset jack.
Press the [
O
] key.
Auto Answer
The Auto Answer function works like an automatic
answering machine. It plays the recorded message to your
caller if you do not answer the call within the defined time.
Press the [Menu] Soft key then select 6.Settings then select
3.Call Settings then select 3.Auto Answer.
The following information is displayed. 
Auto Answer: Specifies whether or not the Auto Answer
function is activated.
Recorded Message: Displays a list of messages
recorded. Each recorded message is displayed with its
date and time and the caller’s name or number. To delete
the highlighted message, press the [Delete] Soft key. To
call the caller who left the highlighted message, press the
[Send] key.
Response Message: Defines which message your phone
plays to callers depending on your current situation.
These include Absent, Meeting, Driving, and User
Message.

Settings
Sound: Specifies the flip open tone. You can choose from
Bell 1, Bell 2, or Bell 3.
Sound Effect
This function allows you to turn the default sound effect on
or off for various events. Press the [Menu] Soft key then
select 6.Settings then select 2.Sound Settings then press
the [Edit] Soft key then select 6.Sound Effect, or press the
[
I
] key in Standby mode then select 6.Sound Effect.
You can specify whether the sound effect is played for the
following events.
Menu Moving: When you change a menu with the
Navigation key.
Power On & Off: When you turn the power on or off.
Option Popup: When you press the Left Soft key and a
popup window is displayed.
Call Connection: When you dial or hang up.
WAP Connection: When you connect or end a WAP
session.
Hour Alert: Every hour while your phone is in Standby
mode.
Minute Minder: Every minute while making a phone call.
Popup Alert: A warning, error, information or question.
Profile Name
This function allows you to rename your phone’s profiles.
Select a profile name menu from the Sound Setting editing
screen to rename it manually.
Press the [Menu] Soft key then select 6.Settings then
select 2.Sound Settings then press the [Edit] Soft key
then select 7.Profile Name, or press  in Standby mode
then select 7.Profile Name.
Input a new name for the profile.
Press the [
O
] key.
Reset
This function allows you to reset all sound related values in
the profile.
Press the [Menu] Soft key then select 6.Settings then
select 2.Sound Settings then press the [Edit] Soft key
then select 8.Reset.
To confirm you want to reset the sound related values in
the profile, press the [
O
] key.
