To delete and/or edit events

To delete old events

Calendar

The calendar item in the agenda menu is used to view events on a weekly 
basis, enter new events, and read, edit and delete events.

The current calendar week appears on screen.

• The current date is highlighted. Any events scheduled for the current 

week are shown with   icon.

• To view an event directly, press keys 

 to 

 corresponding to the day 

of the week, i.e. press 

 for Monday, 

 for Tuesday etc.

• To scroll forward or backwards on a weekly basis use   or   and  . 
• To view the individual events in chronological order, press  Events  

and use the scrolling keys to view the events. 

• Press 

 to read, edit or delete an event.

• To select any one of the days to enter a new event, press and hold the 

corresponding day of the week key, 1 to 7. Follow the instructions for 
entering a new agenda event above.

• Press Back   or   to return to the standby display.

Press Menu  .

 

Select Agenda.

Select View events.
Scroll to the desired event and press

.

Select Read text, Edit or Delete.
Press Back   or   to return to the standby display

Press Menu  .

 

Select Agenda.

Select Delete old events.
All past events are automatically deleted.
Press Back   or   to return to the standby display

Press Menu  .

 

Select Agenda.

Select Calendar.
