Did you turn the <MAIN POWER> switch to <OFF> in the middle of
projection when you last used the projector?
–▶When [LAST MEMORY] is set for the [PROJECTOR SETUP] menu →
[INITIAL START UP] and the projector was turned off with the direct
power off function (
page 36) in the last use, projection starts when
the <MAIN POWER> switch is turned to <ON>.

Did you press the power
button immediately after turning the
<MAIN POWER> switch to <OFF>?
–▶When [LAST MEMORY] is set for the [PROJECTOR SETUP] menu
→
[INITIAL START UP] and the power
button is pressed
immediately after the <MAIN POWER> switch is turned to <OFF>, the
projector may start projection when the <MAIN POWER> switch is
turned to <ON> on the next start-up.
–▶After turning the <MAIN POWER> switch to <OFF>, do not press the
power
button on the remote control or the control panel of the
projector body while the power indicator <ON (G)/STANDBY (R)> is
illuminating or flashing red.
