Overview

This addition to the ROK program authorizes qualifying IBM Distributors to buy an

IBM OEM license of SBS 2011 Standard or SBS 2011 Premium Add-on for sale to

IBM Business Partners (Resellers) for installation on IBM System x and BladeCenter

servers at a competitive price.

Windows Small Business Server 2011 Standard is an update to Windows Small

Business Server 2008 with a refresh of the components inside, designed specifically

to provide small businesses with a complete IT solution for their business needs. It

is perfect for small businesses that already have a server or prefer to use email and

collaboration tools hosted directly on premise.

Distributors can install ROK themselves if requested by the reseller or if they want to

act as a reseller in order to sell IBM System x and BladeCenter servers installed with

the ROK directly to customers. If a distributor wants to act as a reseller, they must

agree and adhere to all the applicable Reseller ROK licensing terms. This program
