menu item, Directory.

Press 

DIR or  CID to scroll through 

menu items.

Press the Select softkey to select or 
Save to save changes to a highlighted 
menu item.

Press Back to cancel an operation or 
back up to the previous menu.

To write names on the directory card, 
follow the steps 

Remove the clear plastic cover by 
inserting the tip of a small item such 
as a paperclip into the hole at the top 
edge of the cover.

Pull out the directory card.

Write the information on the directory 
card.

Replace the directory card and the 
plastic cover.
