The following operations are not available during the mobile 
update
• Operations are not available during software update. Making a call 
to 110 (Police), 119 (Fire and Ambulance), 118 (Regional Coast 
Guard Headquarters) or 157 (Customer Service Center) is not 
available either. Also, the alarm etc. does not function.
■ When an Update Notification (Automatic Updating 
Style) is Received
When a “software update notification” in automatic updating style is 
received, the download of data needed for software update will 
automatically start. When the download has completed, software will 
be updated.
■ When an Update Notification (User Approval Style) 
is Received
When a software update notification in user approval style is received, 
the confirmation screen is displayed.
■ When you want to update immediately
Tap “Execute” to start the download of data needed for software 
update. When the download has completed and the product has 
restarted, software will be updated.
■ When you want to update later
Tap “
^” to stop the update. Carry out the mobile update again with 
“Update”.
Major update is a function to update the OS of the product.

◎ When you set “Auto Setup” to “OFF”, the confirmation screen is displayed

memory since they may disappear during repair. Note that the Company
