When ordering by phone, please have your Authorized Reseller Service number ready for the Order Processing Coordinator.

A confirmation fax will be sent within 24 business hours of receipt of a faxed order.

When placing an order by phone, fax, or mail, the following information is needed:

• Purchase Order Number

• Part Number

• Quantity

• Ship To and Bill To Addresses

• Carrier

• Request Date

• Oki Authorization Number

Emergency Order: On request, the orders will be shipped that day (Monday through Friday) if phoned or faxed in before 3:00 p.m.
(Eastern Time) for next day delivery.

Standard Spare Parts Order: Orders will be shipped within 1 business day of receipt of order.

Stocking Order: Orders will be shipped on customer’s request date if it exceeds 1 day.
