C9000 Series combines everything you

want in business color printers: high-quality
reproduction, super-fast printing speed, versatile

and high-capacity paper handling, ease of use, and
low operating costs. 

Available in stand-alone or network models, these

printers deliver vibrant full-color output at an

industry-leading speed of up to 21 pages per

minute, and clear, sharp monochrome printing

at up to 26 ppm. 

All four models can print on sheets in sizes

up to 12.9" x 35.4" sheets, enabling banner-

size layouts! 

Under normal day-to-day usage, you can

save substantially on the cost per printed

page with a C9000 Series printer versus

color laser, color inkjet and outside copy 

services. Long term, those savings add up.

What’s more, the cost of a C9000 Series black-

and-white page is comparable to that of most

tabloid-format monochrome laser printers, so

you can replace your slower monochrome printers

and use a C9000 Series color printer for all your
business printing.

The C9000 Series handles postcard, executive, 
letter, A4, folio, legal, A3, and ledger/tabloid media 
(including oversize versions).  The standard 650-
sheet paper capacity can be expanded to 2,850
sheets with options. 

A compact Automatic Duplexer comes standard on
the C9200dxn and C9400dxn and is available as an
option on the other two models.

Both the C9200 and C9200n models ship with a
generous 128 MB of RAM. For more intensive
graphics requirements, the C9200dxn comes with
192 MB, and the C9400dxn offers 320 MB. All four
models can be upgraded to 1,024 MB of RAM.

The C9200n, C9200dxn and C9400dxn are also
equipped with an internal 5 GB hard disk drive
(optional on the C9200).

All C9000 Series printers can be connected to the
network via a 10/100 Base-T internal print server
card—an OkiLAN

®

6200e—standard in all models

except the C9200 (for which it’s an option).

And, via the web server embedded in the OkiLAN
card, they can be managed remotely.
