4.It must select exact “WAN mode” as the service you ordered from internet service provider, 

otherwise it’s impossible to get internet online status. E.g. in PPPoE mode, you should write 

down correct account. 

Notice: Please examine the option of “WAN mode”and confirm information with ISP if try many 

tiles but still failed. 

 

5.ace base station to suitable position (

weak router signal, bad wireless connection

), that 10-15 

meters distance from main router recommended. Power on base station and wait in 2-3 minutes 

to start.      

In general, base station will query and connect the main router successfully; the “Link” indicator 

on the surface turns still on. 

Notice: We advise you adjust the direction of base station or router even change the installation 

position of base station until the status changes “connected”. 

Click speed test for assure the Link quality, it should be “good”or “medium” to guarantee the 

bandwidth is enough to serve users.
