To mute the sound from the mouthpiece:

Press and hold   to mute the sound during a call.

Press and hold   again to retrieve sound.

Press 1 to display the list of missed calls.

▲ and ▼ keys to highlight a number in the list and press

Press 1 to call the number, 2 to store the number in your phonebook, 3 to delete one item, 4 to delete all the items or 5 to display information.

Press 2 to display the list of received calls.

Press 5 to display the total calls duration (incoming and outgoing calls).
