The wireless phone, batteries and charger do not contain user-serviceable parts. We recommend that your NEC wireless phone be
serviced or repaired by an NEC AUTHORIZED service center. Please contact your Service Provider or NEC at 1-800-637-5917 if you

Efficient Use
For optimum performance with minimum power consumption, hold your 232 wireless phone (with the flip open) as you would any other
phone and speak directly into the mouthpiece.

Your phone has an internal antenna located at the base of the phone below the keypad.
