1.  From the IVG Home screen, tap the Critical Event Reporting button. If this button is 

grayed out, then CER must be enabled on this unit from the Customer Portal. 

 

2.  A pop-up will appear. Tap the Diagnostics button at the bottom right of the screen. 

 

3.  Select a tab, review the settings; then click Done.
