Description

IBM Storwize V3700 is the newest addition to the Storwize family of disk systems.
Leveraging proven IBM Storwize V7000 and IBM SAN Volume Controller functions
and management tools, Storwize V3700 delivers innovation and new levels of
storage efficiency with ease of use in an entry disk system to enable organizations
to overcome their storage challenges.
Storwize V3700 control enclosures are available in two models:
• Storwize V3700 LFF Dual Control Enclosure
– Dual node canisters with 4 GB cache per canister, with optional 8 GB cache per
canister
– 1Gb iSCSI host interface with optional 8Gb FC or 10Gb iSCSI/FCoE host
interfaces
– 6Gb SAS ports for expansion enclosure attachment
– Twelve slots for 3.5-inch SAS drive
– 2U, 19-inch rack mount enclosure with ac power
