The ClicLite is a combination of a solar-powered mini
lamp, a USB-charger and a key ring. By using the ClicLite,
solar energy is now at your disposal anytime - a full
charge of the Clicc battery covers about 600h use of the
LED-spotlight or up to one hour extra-use of your
smartphone. Using our patented modular Clicc-system
including its integrated electric-interface ClicBar, almost
any quantity of Clicc modules can be plugged together.
That's how the performance, design and color of the
module array can be arranged to your individual needs.

Initializing, usage and functions
The ClicLite is ready for immediate use. The internal
battery is about 50% full at delivery and should first be
fully charged at a USB port or charger. After 4-5 complete
charge/discharge cycles the ClicLite reaches its full
capacity.
The key ring is already preinstalled. If you do not want to
use the ClicLite as a key-fob, you simply remove the key
ring from the mounting, and using a screwdriver, also
remove the mounting with the internally visible screw.

The basic device can also be used without the Clicc
module as an LED spotlight, USB emergency storage or
module as an LED spotlight, USB emergency storage or
as a key ring. It is also possible to use a module array of
various Cliccs via the ClicBar Interface which increases
the charging performance accordingly.
In that case we recommend usage of the optional
ClicBoard which is fixed to the modules through adhesive
pads and stabilizes them. At
the back of the board are
additional supports which can
be unfolded.
In order to adjust the module
to the sun radiation, just open
it but make sure to support it at the backside. The best
way to do this is by using the optional ClicBoard.
The ClicLite has simply one button to activate all
different functions one after the other. The button is to
be touched briefly and thereby will jump to the next
function.
Function 0: Light and USB output are switched off
Function 1: White LED is in night light operation (light ON
time approx. 600h), USB output is switched on

approx. 12h), USB output is switched off

green LED is flashing between 0 and 4x corresponding to
the battery charge status between ca. 0 and 100%. 2x
means approx. 50%.

Charging of external devices: Devices with USB-A
charging cable can be connected to the ClicLite’s USB
outlet in function 1 (night light). A Smartphone can thus
be recharged by approx. 15-25% within about 30
minutes. This gives you about 1h talk time or internet
operation or 3-6 hrs standby time. It should be noted

3, an external USB source can be connected, e.g. the USB
port of a PC or notebook in order to recharge the ClicLite
in about 2-3 hours. After the battery is fully charged, the
ClicLite switches off the charging automatically to make
sure there is no overcharge.
Solar charging: The solar charging is possible via the
ClicBar interface at maximum performance in all
functions. After full charge of the internal battery, the
charging procedure finishes, just like the USB charging
procedure. Additionally the charging current of the
battery is being limited to a non-dangerous value which
more or less corresponds to the charging current of 6-9
Cliccs under full sun radiation. That is why an unlimited
number of Cliccs can safely be connected without
damaging the ClicLite. However, under bad light
conditions even a larger Clicc module array will not be
limited because of a lower charging current.
