Korrekt nach T568A aufgelegtes Datenkabel
T568B ist elektrisch identisch zu T568A, jedoch sind das grüne und das
orangefarbene Paar getauscht. Beide Auflegeschemata funktionieren,
solange an beiden Kabelenden das gleiche Auflegeschema angewandt
wird. Andernfalls entsteht ein Kreuzkabel. In diesem Fall erscheint
das “X-over” Symbol und die fehlerhaft aufgelegten Adern blinken im
Verdrahtungsplan.
T568A Datenkabel mit Split-Pair Fehler
Ein häufiger Fehler beim Auflegen eines Kabels besteht darin, alle Drähte
in der Pinfolge 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, 7-8 aufzulegen. Das ergibt einen korrekten
Durchgang, doch aus Kompatibilitätsgründen muss die Paarzuordnung
auf den Pins 3-6 und 4-5 in der Mitte des Steckverbinders erfolgen. Sind
die Adernpaare nicht entsprechend dem Verdrahtungsstandard aufgelegt,
erscheint ein “Split-Pair“ Fehler. Die fehlerhaft aufgelegten Adernpaare
blinken im Verdrahtungsplan.
