1. Introduction
Thank you for purchasing one of our products. This product complies with the
requirements of the applicable European directives and national regulations. Its
conformity is proven, andthe corresponding declarations and documents are
available at the manufacturer.

Damages arising from non-observance of these operating instructions invalidate
the warranty! No liability is accepted for any consequential damages! We do not
accept any liability for any material or personal damage arising from improper
use or non-observance of safety notices. Such cases invalidate the warranty. Arbitrary or unauthorised alterations or
modifications are not permissible for safety reasons (CE). Service and maintenance may be performed by qualified
personnel only. This product is not a toy. Keep it out of reach of children.

Appropriate Use
The solar pump set CAPRI is designed for outdoor use.
4. Commissioning
1. Take all parts carefully out of the box. Make sure that you have removed all parts before you dispose the pack-
aging material in an environmentally friendly way.

2. Fix the ground spike to the aluminium frame of the solar module and install it in a sunny place.

3. Assemble the standpipe out of the multiple tubes and nozzle set and slide the LED ring for the lighting over the
top of the standpipe. Select and fit the multi-jet or the single-jet fountain head. Fit the standpipe with the LED
ring and the fountain head onto the pump and then place into the water.

4. Lay out the cables between the solar module and the connection box being careful to avoid trip hazzards. Plug
in all cables to the connection box at the rear of the solar module. When the sun shines on the solar module, the
integrated battery is charged.

5. Press the sensor button “EIN” (“ON”) at the connection box to activate the pump into the Solar mode. Solar
mode means that the pump will operate daily when enough sunlight falls on the solar module. - Attention: The
pump will not operate when the sky is cloudy or in the dark at night.

6. When the battery is low a red LED will blink.
When the battery is sufficiently charged (by sunlight on the solar module), an orange LED will blink.
When the battery is fully charged, a green LED will blink.

7. By pressing the sensor button during a sunny day you will turn off the pump and allow the energy to charge the
integrated battery.
8. When the integrated battery is fully charged, by pressing the sensor button (battery mode) the pump will operate
in dull weather or at night.
At night the LED ring will automatically turn on offering light to your fountain.
After approximately 6 hours working in battery mode the pump and the LED ring will switch off and the system
returns to daily solar mode.

Please pay attention that during the operation splashing water can cause damages to the subsoil and the closer envi-
ronment of the fountain. Only use the pump kit in suitable places. We do not accept any liability for damages which occur
through spraying or running out water.
