Training can be set by Distance, Time, Calorie,
Speed, Pace, or Heart Rate Zone
When the values are set, three different methods can be selected for
training.

Pressing
„Go‟ starts the training without any additional navigation. The route
of the training depends only on the user.
You can also plan a route with the given parameters, by selecting the
“Plan
route
” option. Please refer to chapter 3.5 for further information about “Plan
route
” function.
Additionally, pressing the right button on the bottom of the screen (
)
makes
“My Trips” available, so the trainings can be routed to a previously
recorded, or imported track. Tap on a track to route the training based. To
race track (more information in section 3.3) select the
„Race‟ icon (
), to
simply train tap
„Map‟ icon, and then „Go‟.
Parameters based on how long should the training last are Distance, Time,
and Calories.
