  Before starting your model for the first time, you need to familiarise yourself with the control functions and 

test the model functions. 

 

The transmitter is delivered in „Mode 2“ and could also be switched to a second control lever version by 

pushing the switch „Mode 1 / Mode 2“ (see figure 20). 

 

Since this requires mechanical conversion of the two control units, however, this chapter only indicates the 

differences between mode 1 and mode 2. 

 

If you want to fly your model in mode 1, the transmitter must be mechanically converted by a specialist or 

specialist workshop.

 

Ensure that no loose parts, such as paper, film or other objects can be sucked into the rotor during this 

test. 

 

Also make sure that the model is held securely during this test run and that no clothing and body parts are 

within the rotation range or danger area of the rotor.

The trimming for rudder (1), elevator (2) and aileron (3) can be set at the model.
Before testing the control functions at the model, you must review the current position of the trimming or set it 

correctly. 
The transmitter has four trimming levers (see figure 11 or figure 1, item 5, 7, 9 and 11), with the help of which the 

centre position of the two control levers can be corrected.
When the model tends to fly to the left all the time later, for example, you may set the rudder with the rudder or 

aileron trimming later so that the model flies straight again. The trimming can be set during the flight. 
Now put all four trimming levers into the centre position and switch on the transmitter. Slide the control lever for the 

engine speed (see figure 1, item 6) to the bottom position (engines off, also see figure 12). Switch on the transmitter 

first and connect the flight battery to the model.
All rudders must react to the control commands of the transmitter. If this is not the case, perform binding first, see 

chapter 18.
